He holds a bachelor’s degree in law from Dr. Ambedkar Law University School of Excellence in Law. He has over 14 years of experience that spans across various sectors, from private equity and venture capital transactions to real estate investments. Prior to Strata Property Management Pvt. Ltd., he handled private equity investments and complex transaction structuring in commercial real estate. He was closely involved in several private equity and venture capital transactions in India and has represented over $1.4 billion in investments.

Priyanka Rathore is the co-founder of Strata Property Management Pvt. Ltd. She holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce (International Business) from St. Francis College for Women. She has over 14 years of experience in financial planning and analysis and over five years’ experience in the real estate sector. Prior to Strata Property Management Pvt. Ltd., she was the lead real estate analyst at WeWork and played a vital role in analyzing WeWork’s financial models for all their locations in India. She analyzed and leased over 50 locations, spanning 6 million sq ft of premium office space, for the co-working giant. Her experience at WeWork required a deep understanding of deal economics and real estate portfolio management. Prior to WeWork, she worked as a financial analyst at D.E. Shaw, a US-based hedge fund company, where she was responsible for creating reports about the performance of the organization and fund.

Meghana Pandit holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce and a master’s degree in management studies from the University of Mumbai, has cleared all three levels of CFA, CFA Institute (US) and a postgraduate diploma in financial analysis from the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India. She is currently the Chief Investment Officer at IndiGrid. Meghana Pandit has over 21 years of experience in investment banking and corporate finance, covering the infrastructure sector across private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, qualified institutional placements and infrastructure investment trusts, in sub-sectors such as roads, airports, renewable power, thermal power, ports and real estate. She has previously worked at IDFC Bank, Deloitte Financial Advisory Services India Private Limited and Essar Steel Limited.

Arpito Mukerji holds a MBA from the University of Colorado and a master’s in Commerce from Himachal Pradesh University. He is a seasoned investment and banking professional, currently operating as an independent investor and advisor, focused on real estate opportunities in India. He has over 30 years of private equity, private credit and banking experience having led and managed deep value and distressed investments across asset classes and key geographies. He was most recently Managing Director at Apollo Global Management’s Asia Real Estate Group where he was part of the founding investment team in India since 2015. Before joining Apollo, Arpito was a Partner at Rezone Investment Advisors, a boutique India-focused Real Estate Advisory and Investment firm. Prior assignments have been with marquee firms like Bank of America Merrill Lynch, UBS, Dell Corporation, GE Capital and ABN AMRO Bank.

Saloni Doshi is the Chief of Staff and leads the strategy team at Strata. She is a Chartered Accountant and holds an MBA in finance and strategy from ISB, equipping her with a solid foundation in both financial acumen and strategic leadership. Saloni has over 12 years of general management experience across business development, planning and budgeting, financial controls, with expertise in integration, and turnaround strategies across manufacturing and real estate. She has previously worked at Credit Suisse, Aditya Birla Group, and Birla Estates.

Anil Aggarwal is a Chartered Accountant and holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from the Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), University of Delhi. He has extensive experience in various fields such as accounting, risk management, treasury, private equity fund management and M&A. He has worked at marquee firms such as Punj Lloyd, Bunge, RPG Enterprises, and Cargill. Since 2013, he has been engaged in various non-executive roles, such as an independent director, advisor, and interim professional in corporate finance, turnaround management, strategic advisory, structured borrowing, and transaction advisory. He currently serves as a Non-Executive Director at Gateway Distriparks, Maple Infra InvIT Investment Manager, and Snowman Logistics. Anil Aggarwal is a Certified Mediator from the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs. He has also completed certificate courses on ESG and Digital Directors Program(s) of the Directors Institute.
